Rivermoore Park Amenities Overview
Clubhouse
We rent our clubhouse by level:
Lower Level is $200 for rental with a $200 deposit
Upper Level is $225 for rental with a $250 deposit
Entire clubhouse is $325 rental with a $400 deposit
Swimming Pool
Pool hours are communicated prior to the beginning of every season to the residents via email. If you are not on our email list, please update your contact information so you can receive important information.
Tennis Courts
The Rivermoore Park tennis courts are for the benefit of our residents. A member must always be present with any guest when the courts are being used.
Playground
Rivermoore Park offers two playgrounds in proximity to our clubhouse. The upper playground is intended for younger children (six and under) and the lower playground is intended for older children.
Walking Trails
There are trails for the outdoor enthusiasts who prefer an active lifestyle outdoors. In just a short distance away from the community, you will see the most beautiful scenery as you relax and take a walk through nature.
